How is it different from Microsoft 365 — is it not Exchange Online already?
With Microsoft 365 Exchange Online you pay a monthly subscription per user and the data sits in Microsoft’s global data centers. With the FiberServer Microsoft Exchange Service the same Exchange technology runs on FiberServer infrastructure — unlimited users on an annual fee, data kept in the region, and support in Turkish.
I have my own VDS — can you install it there?
The service is fully managed. We do not rent you a server — the Exchange infrastructure runs at FiberServer and you access the Exchange Admin panel and your mailboxes. Installation on your own server is outside the scope of this service.
Are our existing email and contacts preserved during the migration?
Yes. Within our full migration service, all email, folders, calendar data and contacts are moved from cPanel mail, Office 365, Google Workspace or other Exchange systems. The old and new systems run in parallel until the switch is complete, so there is no risk of data loss.
Is there a user limit and how is it priced?
There is no user limit — as many mailboxes as you need are created. Billing is annual; our team prepares a quote based on your user count and needs. Adding or removing users is applied the same day through a support ticket.
How long is the contract and how does renewal work?
The service is billed annually and renewed at the end of the year; any change to the user count or scope is reflected in the next annual period. If you need to add users during the year our team makes the change.
What happens to my data when the agreement ends?
When the agreement ends or you cancel, we hand over your data completely as PST (Outlook archive) or other standard formats. You always own your data; there is no lock-in or barrier to leaving.
